Perla Heights

Perla Heights is a separate residential development of apartment buildings arranged around shared landscape, streets, and community spaces.

The design shows three distinct residential readings: a mid-rise masonry block with balconies, paired rounded high-rise towers over retail, and a lush pedestrian garden framed by curving planted terraces.
