The Higher Institute of Islamic Studies in Cairo adds a library, student-affairs building, halls, and a new boundary treatment.

The design shows a symmetrical multi-storey institutional building illuminated at night, with a tall glazed central bay, deep pointed window frames, vertical fins, textured stone wings, corner steps, and palms.
