American Association

The American Association Center brings conference and institutional spaces into a layered building shaped by a responsive outer skin.

The centre is developed around conference and institutional functions, with basement and ground-floor planning contained by a layered outer skin. Its studies test how the envelope can control daylight and give the main public rooms a recognizable civic presence.
